  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Arrowroot powder or potato starch can be good substitutes.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Use fresh for best results.

How to Make Honey Garlic Wings

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season them lightly with your favorite spices.
  • Place the seasoned wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • In a saucepan, mix together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and cornstarch. Heat over medium until it begins to simmer and thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the baked wings from the oven and pour the thickened sauce over them, tossing until fully coated. Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side of creamy ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
