  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Can use vegetable oil for a neutral flavor.

  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard Can omit or substitute with Dijon.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Soy sauce can be a substitute.
  • ¼ cup Ketchup Can use tomato sauce and sugar.
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated) Dairy-free cheese can be used.

For Toppings (optional)

  • ¼ cup Green Onions Chopped chives can be an alternative.

Instructions
 

Steps

  • In your Instant Pot, set it to the sauté function and heat the olive oil. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, stirring until the onion is translucent (about 3 minutes). Then, add the ground beef, seasoning it with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned, breaking it apart (5-7 minutes).
  • Once the beef is fully cooked, add chopped potatoes to the pot.
  • Add the water to the pot.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then perform a quick release.
  • Stir in the yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Adjust moisture if needed.
  • Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese into the mixture, stirring until melted. Top with the remaining cheese and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
