How to Make S'mores Bars

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until it resembles damp sand, then press into the pan.
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Once slightly cooled, sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips over the warm crust and let sit for a minute.
  • Spread the melted chocolate evenly across the crust and scatter mini marshmallows on top.
  • Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until marshmallows puff up and turn golden brown.
  • Let the bars cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Serve warm for a gooey experience. Store bars in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
