How to Make Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

  • Thinly slice your ribeye or sirloin beef along with the onions and bell peppers to ensure even cooking. Aim for about 1/4-inch thickness for the best texture!
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until they’re soft and start to caramelize, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet with the onions and peppers. Cook until the beef is browned, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • On each King’s Hawaiian roll, layer a slice of provolone cheese, a generous scoop of the beef mixture, and then another slice of cheese. Top with the other half of the roll.
  • Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and the rolls are golden brown.
  • Carefully remove from the oven, let them cool slightly, and serve hot with optional toppings.

Notes

Consider customizing your sliders by offering a variety of toppings like spicy aioli or jalapeños.
