Brownie Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and espresso, stirring until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
  • Gently fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes; check for doneness with a toothpick.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Beat together softened butter, powdered sugar, espresso, and milk for the frosting.
  • Frost cooled brownies and cut into squares to serve.
