  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated fresh

How to Make Slow-Cooked Thai Peanut Chicken

  • Gather and measure out your chicken, coconut milk, peanut butter, red curry paste, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
  • Place the chicken into the slow cooker, then add in the coconut milk, peanut butter, red curry paste, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix thoroughly to coat the chicken.
  • Set your slow cooker to low and let it cook for about 6 hours.
