Cooking Steps

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season liberally with salt and pepper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and dried thyme until well combined.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and pour the honey mustard sauce over the seared chicken. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in your chosen vegetables, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until they are tender.
  • Plate the chicken alongside the sautéed vegetables, drizzling any remaining sauce over the top.
