  • 0.25 cup Ranch Dressing or blue cheese dressing for sharper taste
  • 0.75 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Green Onions

  • 3 large Flour Tortillas 10-inch size preferred

  • Lay the flour tortillas flat and evenly divide the chicken mixture among them, spreading to the edges.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  • Wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Once chilled, slice each log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  • Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to serve.
