For the Samosas

  • 6 slices Bread Soft bread slices, flattened
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Grated
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Use panko for extra crunch
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder Spice
  • 2 tablespoons Oil Olive or vegetable oil for frying

Optional Dipping Sauces

  • 1 cup Mint Chutney Dipping sauce
  • 1 cup Garlic Mayo Dipping sauce
  • 1 cup Tamarind Chutney Dipping sauce
  • 1 cup Ketchup Dipping sauce

Cooking Instructions

  • Prepare Filling: Grate mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Combine with spices in a bowl and set aside.
  • Shape Samosas: Cut flattened bread slices into triangles. Place a spoonful of cheese mixture on each triangle, fold and seal.
  • Coat: Dip each samosa in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  • Cook: Fry samosas in heated oil for 3-5 minutes, bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes, or air-fry for 10-12 minutes at 375°F.

Notes

Handle the bread gently to avoid tearing and consider using panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier finish.
