  • 1 pound Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons Butter, melted Olive oil can be a lighter substitute
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Garlic powder can be used as a backup
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder Taco seasoning can be used for extra flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Extra chili powder can substitute if needed
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Regular paprika can be used instead
  • 1 lime Lime Juice Lemon juice serves as a substitute if necessary
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

For the Veggies

  • 2 cups Bell Peppers, sliced (red and yellow) Substitute with zucchini or asparagus for variety
  • 1 medium Red Onion, sliced Yellow or white onion can be substituted

For Serving

  • 4 pieces Flour Tortillas Corn tortillas offer a gluten-free option
  • Fresh Cilantro Optional, for garnish

How to Make Sheet Pan Fajita Shrimp

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the large shrimp, melted butter, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Slice the bell peppers and red onion into strips. Spread them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Layer the marinated shrimp evenly over the prepared vegetables on the baking sheet.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the vegetables are tender.
  • Once done, garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with warm tortillas.

Notes

Optional: Serve with salsa or avocado for an extra burst of flavor.
