Ingredients
  

For the Wraps

  • 1 cup Full-fat cottage cheese Can substitute with low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 large Eggs Substitute with flax eggs or chia eggs for a vegan option
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Substitute with nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Can be replaced with fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Individual herbs can be used as substitutes

Instructions
 

Making the Wraps

  • Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a blender, add cottage cheese, eggs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the blended mixture onto your prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin rectangle.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until set and slightly golden.
  • Let the wrap cool completely on the tray.
  • Cut the wrap into sections and fill them with your favorite ingredients.
