  • 2 cups shredded Red Cabbage

Dressing

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream can use dairy-free option
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar can replace with honey
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Optional Add-Ins

  • Fresh Herbs (like dill or cilantro) for garnishing

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, finely shred the green cabbage and red cabbage, then add julienned carrots and minced red onion.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, granulated sugar, celery seed, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the mixed vegetables and gently toss to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Before serving, give the coleslaw a gentle toss and adjust seasoning if needed.

Notes

Prepare up to a day in advance for best flavor. Store dressing separately until ready to serve.
