- 8 oz fettuccine or linguine

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then sear skin-side down for about 4 minutes per side. Remove salmon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and sauté minced garlic for one minute until fragrant. Add heavy cream, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper; stir well.
- Toss the drained pasta into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
- Flake the salmon into chunks over the pasta and gently mix. Garnish with extra lemon zest and dill before serving.
