  • 2 Submarine Rolls (6 inches each)
  • 4 oz Salami (thinly sliced)
  • 4 oz Capicola (thinly sliced)
  • 4 oz Provolone Cheese (sliced)
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 medium Tomato (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini Peppers (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the submarine rolls lengthwise, leaving a hinge.
  3. Layer the salami and capicola generously inside the rolls.
  4. Add slices of provolone cheese on top of the meats.
  5. Pile on shredded romaine lettuce, tomato slices, and pepperoncini peppers.
  6. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the fillings.
  7. Close the sandwiches and wrap them in foil; heat in the oven for about 10 minutes until warmed through and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve with chips or pickles for an added crunch.
