  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup vegan cheese shreds
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole-grain or gluten-free burger buns
  • Leafy greens (lettuce or spinach)

Instructions
