  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 4 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium vegetable or chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions
