Description

  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 8 oz white chocolate melts
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (for eyes)

Instructions

  1. Grease a large mixing bowl with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter completely. Add marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
  4. Let cool slightly, then shape into ghost forms using greased hands.

  6. While the chocolate is still wet, add mini chocolate chips for eyes. Allow to set on wax paper.
