- 2 cups butternut squash, cubed
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, and carrots with olive oil, za’atar, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
