Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese (shredded or sliced)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season both sides of the pork chops with black pepper.
  3. Layer half of the pork chops in the slow cooker and sprinkle with half of the onion soup mix.
  4. Add half of the Swiss cheese and pour half of the cream of mushroom soup over it. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until pork is tender and thoroughly cooked.
  6. Serve hot, drizzled with sauce.
