- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season both sides of the pork chops with black pepper.
- Layer half of the pork chops in the slow cooker and sprinkle with half of the onion soup mix.
- Add half of the Swiss cheese and pour half of the cream of mushroom soup over it. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until pork is tender and thoroughly cooked.
