  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for searing)

Instructions

  4. Transfer the seared ribs to the crock pot; add sautéed onions and garlic along with beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours until tender.
