- 1 red bell pepper, chopped

- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced thinly
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Press tofu between paper towels to remove moisture and cut into bite-sized cubes.
- Chop bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots into uniform pieces.
