Instructions
- Wash cucumbers and cherry tomatoes under cool water. Slice cucumbers into half-moons and halve the cherry tomatoes. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Dice the avocado into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl.
