Instructions

  4. Let the duck rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. In the same skillet, add cherries, red wine, honey, and balsamic vinegar; simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Slice the duck thinly against the grain and serve with cherry sauce drizzled on top.
