  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).

  4. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and herbs until well combined. If too thick, add more broth or water.
