  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder

  • ¾ cup pureed ripe plums

Instructions

  5. Fold in pureed plums until evenly distributed.
  6. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
