Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside; reserve the bacon grease.
  3. In the same skillet, brown ground beef seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine, scraping up any bits from the bottom. Gradually add Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Fold in cooked fettuccine and crumbled bacon; adjust thickness with reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Serve topped with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley.
