  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 34 breasts)
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), cut into chunks
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
