- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar until fluffy; mix in eggs one at a time along with vanilla bean paste.
- Alternately add dry mixture and milk into the butter mixture until just combined.
- Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter and bake for about 18-20 minutes or until toothpicks come out clean.
- For frosting, beat butter until soft; gradually blend in powdered sugar, cream, and vanilla bean paste until smooth.
- Once cooled, frost each cupcake generously.
