  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In boiling water, cook chicken until tender (15-20 minutes), then shred.
