  • 8 oz short pasta (ziti or penne)
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (basil or parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix drained tuna, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan.
  4. Fold in the cooked pasta until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheeses.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
