- Gradually add flour and salt to form a shaggy dough; knead on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth.
- Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- While dough rises, mix minced garlic, herbs, and cheese in a bowl.
- Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle; spread filling evenly over the top. Roll tightly into a log and pinch seams closed.
