Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time.
  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in chopped fresh plums.
  6. Fill muffin liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool completely before frosting with whipped butter, powdered sugar, and heavy cream whipped together.
