  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries and peaches with 1/2 cup sugar; set aside.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, rolled oats, 1/3 cup sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Spread the fruit mixture in a greased baking dish and top with the crumble mixture.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
