- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (whole milk)
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (whole milk)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil salted water in a large pot.
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and place them seam-side up in an oiled baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle mozzarella on top. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil for the last five minutes to brown the cheese.
