- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat thoroughly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and halve baby potatoes.
- Toss potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, and any other desired spices. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Place marinated chicken and seasoned potatoes in the preheated oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and potatoes are fork-tender.
