Description

Spicy Tuna Bites are a vibrant, flavor-packed appetizer that combines fresh sushi-grade tuna with a zesty kick of Sriracha and creamy mayonnaise, all wrapped in crispy wonton shells. Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (preferably Japanese mayo)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray or oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix diced tuna, Sriracha, mayonnaise, sesame oil, and half of the green onions until well combined. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Place one tablespoon of the tuna mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal tightly.
  4. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush lightly with cooking spray or oil.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Garnish with remaining green onions and serve warm.
