- 1 cup packed brown sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, toss sliced pears with half of the brown sugar and half of the cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, remaining brown sugar, ground ginger, and cinnamon. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Layer the pear mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble topping on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
