Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with shredded cheddar cheese and garlic powder.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Place one slice, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat; spoon half the cheesy spaghetti mixture on top and cover with the second slice, butter-side up.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown; flip carefully and grill another 3-4 minutes on the other side.
- Remove from skillet, cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm.
