  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 cup cooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with shredded cheddar cheese and garlic powder.
  3. Spread butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  4. Place one slice, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat; spoon half the cheesy spaghetti mixture on top and cover with the second slice, butter-side up.
  5. Grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown; flip carefully and grill another 3-4 minutes on the other side.
  6. Remove from skillet, cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm.
