Description

Sourdough Cheesy Breadsticks are the ultimate snack, bursting with cheesy goodness and a crispy crust.   • 1 loaf sourdough bread (16 oz)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the sourdough bread into one-inch thick strips.
  3. In a bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Place sourdough strips on the baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over each strip and sprinkle the cheese mixture generously on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
