- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup granulated sugar, divided
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar until combined. Press evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Beat softened cream cheese in another bowl until smooth. Gradually add remaining sugar and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- Stir in ground cinnamon until fully incorporated.
- Pour cheesecake filling over the baked crust and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
