  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) chili beans
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 4 cups Fritos corn chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Sliced jalapeños (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic until cooked through; drain excess grease.
