  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp onion flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes into ¼-inch thick rounds.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Grease your slow cooker with cooking spray. Layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom. Spoon half of the creamy mixture over them, then sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until potatoes are tender.
  5. For extra cheesy goodness, add remaining cheese on top during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
