  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 12 oz Andouille sausage (sliced)
  • 1 lb red potatoes (halved)
  • 3 ears corn on the cob (cut into thirds)
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine halved potatoes and sliced sausage. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning; toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the potato-sausage mixture on one side of the pan and arrange corn sections on the other side.
