- 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar until well-coated.
