  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 8 oz lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (about 3 minutes per side).
  4. Gently fold in the crab meat and heavy cream, stirring well. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Combine cooked fettuccine with the seafood mixture, adding lemon juice and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
