  • 4 cups day-old crusty bread (sourdough or baguette), cubed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
