  • 8 oz fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (or parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning as per instructions.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, place them on the prepared baking sheet, and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake the salmon for 12–15 minutes until it easily flakes with a fork.
  5. Warm tortillas briefly in a hot skillet or over an open flame. Layer each tortilla with ground beef followed by chunks of baked salmon.
  6. Top with chopped cilantro and squeeze lime juice over each taco before serving.
