Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
  2. In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper; form into four patties with a small indentation in the center.
  3. Grill bacon until crispy (5-7 minutes); set aside.
  4. Cook burger patties on the grill for about four minutes per side. In the last three minutes, place cheese on top to melt.
