- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the sliced flank steak until browned and cooked through (about 5 minutes). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
