  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  2. Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer mozzarella cheese and avocado slices. Spread pesto over the avocado.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread (buttered side out).
